Version 1.3 the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, has been out there for quite some time and finally starts to get some traction for browser support. Some time ago I posted a small article about the implementation of this on Firefox, but after that it took quite some time before a full implementation became visible.
As of now all major browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Edge to name a few) have implemented the standard, however the desktop version of Safari seems to lack behind a bit as it is still running only features it in their technology preview.
